Meet the Team Members
Glenn Robertt - Owner
Been riding since 1989. My favorite mountains would have to be Mammoth and Kirkwood And love our local mountain Lee Canyon. After college I moved to Huntington Beach. I then rode mostly at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. My family and I moved to Henderson in 2006. I have an amazing wife and two great boys. I love riding with friends and the energy it brings is amazing. I am fortunate to work with people each day whom are as passionate about snowboarding as I am.

Katie Gibb - Shop manager
The mountains are my favorite place to be! I picked up snowboarding consistently a handful of years back. My favorite place to ride has to be any mountain in Tahoe, seems like the options are endless. I love my 3 pups and sweet cat. Though riding is my passion, you’ll find me at the shop most every day during the season. Looking forward to meeting you!
Derya Eglimez
Avid snowboarder and mountain enthusiast. I first learned to ride at our home mountain, Lee Canyon, in 2014 and have been in love with winter ever since. In 2020 I gained an interest in learning to ride park, and with the help from all of my dawgs, I joined the Alpine Bandits team during the 2024 season. I love to travel; some of my favorite mountains to ride have been Mammoth, Brighton, and Palisades to name a few. I worked on the mountain for the last six years in multiple roles, mainly handling the repairs and demo shop. Throughout my years in this industry, I have grown a huge passion for being able to provide people a memorable experience coming to the snow, whether it is their first time or if they’re a longtime rider.
I am so excited to be part of the Sin City team this season.
