Meet the Team Members
Glenn Robertt - Owner
Been riding since 1989. My favorite mountains would have to be Mammoth and Kirkwood And love our local mountain Lee Canyon. After college I moved to Huntington Beach. I then rode mostly at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. My family and I moved to Henderson in 2006. I have an amazing wife and two great boys. I love riding with friends and the energy it brings is amazing. I am fortunate to work with people each day whom are as passionate about snowboarding as I am.
Joaquin Estrada - Team Rider
My dad introduced me to snowboarding during the 2016 lee canyon season. I loved it, coming up anytime my dad could take me. After that season I stopped riding to pursue other sports I enjoyed at the time. Now, I have been riding for about the past 3 seasons actually taking it seriously. Im currently 19 years old and hope to purse some sort of career through snowboarding! one of my favorite tricks right now has to be a slothroll. A trick I plan on learning by this 25/26 season is a double slothroll. Out of every mountain I've been to like Mammoth, Woodward, or Big Bear, Lee Canyon still has to beat all of them for me. No other mountain beats the vegas community at Lee Canyon which is why it is by far my favorite mountain to ride at.
Derya Eglimez (service manager)
Avid snowboarder and mountain enthusiast. I first learned to ride at our home mountain, Lee Canyon, in 2014 and have been in love with winter ever since. In 2020 I gained an interest in learning to ride park, and with the help from all of my dawgs, I joined the Alpine Bandits team during the 2024 season. I love to travel; some of my favorite mountains to ride have been Mammoth, Brighton, and Palisades to name a few. I worked on the mountain for the last six years in multiple roles, mainly handling the repairs and demo shop. Throughout my years in this industry, I have grown a huge passion for being able to provide people a memorable experience coming to the snow, whether it is their first time or if they’re a longtime rider.
This is my second year with shop and excited about opportunity to run service for 25/26 season.
